I need help figuring this one out. My 95 Toyota 4x4 Ext. Cab V6 (66K miles) has had an intermittent grinding/groaning thing happening in the front right disc brake area since 11/98 that feels like the pads are worn out. Wierd thing is it doesn`t happen every time I brake. So far, the brakes have been COMPLETELY rebuilt twice, bearings replaced, idler arm replaced, CV joints checked, etc. but the problem persists. Even local Toyota dealer couldn`t figure it out, and said the brakes looked great. Only happens when stopping slow, rarely ever when coming to a hard stop. Especially noticeable when stopping slow on a slight incline. One mechanic told me it could be a problem with a mis-adjusted pushrod between the booster and the master cylinder, but all others have said that couldn`t be the problem. I am now over $800 and seven months into this problem with no fix in sight. Any information or experience anyone has had with a problem similar to this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Andy
