Wakerida - you're in luck, as there are a number of great lift kits available for your Taco. You may want to look at ToyTec, or Superlift for your lift kit. However, Rancho and a number of other companies make them for your same rig.

You asked a tough question though... "What kind of lift is the best for the cheapest amount...?" You won't find a huge difference in the mechanics of lift kits for your type of truck, but the engineering behind it will vary, and the better they are, the more expensive they will tend to be.

I've heard very good things about the ToyTec lifts, but if you're on a budget, you may want to look at Rancho too.
