I have a 1991 Toyota 4 Runner 4X4 automatic. How can I bypass the neutral start switch?

If you have an automatic transmission vehicle, it should be able to start in neutral just fine, as long as you have the brake depressed. At least that's what I remember...

IIRC the neutral/safety switch is in the shifter assy.
