I have a `93 Toyota X-Cab 4WD with manual transmission. Often when I shift into second or third gear and I ease off the clutch slowly, I hear a strange noise that seems to come from the transmission. It is sort of a squeal, not high pitched, but very dull. It doesn`t last but a second or two each time it occurs. The clutch does not slip and seems to work fine. The truck has 120,000 miles on it. What do you think it could be?
