91 Toyota 4x4 22re. If the AC is on, and I am stopped (i.e. traffic light), when the compressor comes on the engine idles erractically (oscillates from fast - slow - fast - slow). However, if I remove my foot from the brake, there is no problem. It doesn't do this everytime but usually it does. I have checked the freon level and it is OK. The problem only happens if I am (1)sitting at idle speed, (2)the AC compressor is on, and (3)my foot is on the brake.
Another problem. Does anyone know the correct value for the low speed heater motor resistor? (ohm and wattage)
