| i might be getting an 88 gmc well i hate ifs but its gonna have to do i know very little about the new trucks and clearance for tires i wanna run my 35x12.5s on a 15x 10 inch rim well i also hate body lifts but i am willing to get a 2 inch no more how much of a susp lift am i gonna need and how much keep in mind i dont wnat or need the top of the line stuff i dont care about the ride i just need to run my 35s to get the job done i also dont want any rubbing so can yall help me out |

You can run the tires with a 2" body lift and a 4" suspension lift. To avoid ALL rubbing, I would go with a 6" suspension lift. There is also very little price difference between 4"-6", so you might as well be safe and go with the 6". I would recommend buying only RANCHO suspension lifts. I had one on my '89 Chevy and loved it. There kits are the best built and the strongest.
