I have a 1991 Chevy S10 Blazer with a 4.3 liter and I was wondering what is the best kind of spark plugs and wires to  use. It just turned 180,000  should I use AC Delco or what. Thanks

Unless you want maximum performance out of your motor, which I wouldnt at 180K, I would stick with AC Delco. You dont want to punch more HP in your motor with that many miles. Do new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, oil and filter, fuel filter, change your coolant if you havent lately, With that many miles, maybe have a tranny shop flush your trans and install a new filter there too. Check your differential fluids too. That should breathe some new life into your rig!

Don't forget to add a PCV valve to your shopping list. '91 still had that, right?

Yes I believe it did. But, in every case that I had a bad PCV, I just soked it in WD40 and shook it till you could hear the bearing. If you can shake it and hear the bearing, it is still good... So I have been told.

Yeah, I'm usually so cheap that I do the same thing with my PCV valves. :)
