07 and 08 chevy and gmc bully tailgate lock.  What a joke!!!!  After installing this Taiwan piece of junk NOT FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS AS THEY ARE WRONG, I noticed the handle could STILL unlock the tailgate.  Calling Bully....and getting an idiot on the phone in Tech support, he says "OH YEAH, THEY DON'T WORK, YOU HAVE TO CUT A NOTCH ON THE BUTTERFLY TO STOP IT FROM OPENING.  THE NEWER MODELS AVAILABLE IN A FEW MONTHS WILL HAVE THIS NOTCH CUT IN IT"

That is absurd.  The LOCK does not LOCK.  Not without doing onsite fabrication.  Problem is this, they KNOW they have a problem, yet these units are being sold everywhere with no disclaimer being ut next top it by the manafacturer, like " these tailgate locks will not lock your tailgate"
