| I have a 1989 Chevy S-10 Blazer 4x4 with the 4.3L engine. I noticed that when I turn left or shift lateral weight to the right side, I get a noise in the suspension that almost sounds like a mud flap banging against the wheel, but its not. I have made no modifications to the current suspension and frame so it is all stock. I've checked underneath and it seems to be a rod that goes through the frame that banging against one another; I put a piece of pipe insulation around it which seems to quiet it down once and a while, but is my no means a permanent solution. If anyone has had this problem before or has heard of something similar, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. |
