| Well, I am tearing apart my engine to fix a leaky head gasket and thought off tossing a set of 1.6 lifters in while I'm in there. Do they give a HP gain on the 5.7 Vortec or would I be wasting my money? Any ideas on other easy HP gains without major internal mods? |

Thats called a rocker arm and yes you will gain power but decrease the gas milage.
