I intend to put a slight lift in the front (front leveling kit) and maybe some wheel spacers on to create some extra room for bigger tires. DOES anyone know how big a tire will fit on stock 17" rims ... I am hoping to get 305 / 70's or maybe 285 / 75's on.
Any issues with tweaking geometry ... like stressing out the ball joints with too big a spacer ...??
will cranking up the torsion bar in the front give a sufficient height increase to forget about the leveling kit??

I dont know where you bought your 2001 z71 with 17 inch rims but they come stock with 16 inch. Ford sends theirs stock with 17 inch rims.
