| Does anybody else have a tear (in the leather seat) where the seat
belt goes into the seat (drivers side). I'm not hard at all on the
seats, and as a matter of fact, I always use quality leather
conditioner on them. Really pisses me off. Now to see if the dealer is
going to repair/replace. Anybody else share the same problem? |

I have a 2000 Silverado with the same problem, also the leather is wearing through on the seat section closest to the drivers door, Chevy obviously uses cheap leather, if you get the dealer to fix it let me know.
Mine had a tear by the seatbelt and started wearing through the leather within 30k miles, but at 69k miles now the rest of the truck is still in like new condition and still rides like new as well! Hope to get 200K or better out of it!!!
