did you get new tires too? I sure you probably checked them for balance if you did, even if you didn't make sure a wheel weight didn't get knocked off. Another thing to check is if the rear drive shaft if it was removed and when reinstalled it wasn't put on the spline correctly so that the u-joints are opposing each other, if they are not this could cause a binding problem and vibration. try droping the transfer case down 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch no more this will help too.

good luck

i installed 6" pro comp on my 92 full size blazer, had a vibration also.had the driveshaft balanced,2 new ujoints, vibration 75% gone.Next thing i had to do was drop transfer case. what i did was i took the transfer case crossmember out and bolted it under the frame rail instead of where it was stock from factory.Had to tinker a bit to get it right.then i used spacers or washers between the transfercase and mount, played with it till i got the angle right. took a few test rides to getit. Now vibration 99% gone, only very slight vibration on take off, from 5mph to100mph 0 vibration .Now my truck rides like a dream better than stock GOOD LUCK
