I also have a 01 Silverado that the passenger side glass moves extremely slow. I now have 90K on it, it has never quit but has always been slow.

I also have the same problem on my 02 LS Standard cab. The only problem is about halfway up the travel of the window it slows down, then speeds up towards the top. I took it to get inspected, the dealer said it needed a new motor. I'll have it replaced soon once i get some cash.

I have the same problem with my window. It starts out ok but slows down then speeds up towards top. When i bought my truck it had 50k on it and i put a new motor in it and now i have 100k on it and it still does same thing. ????????????

Try lubricating the window slides. They sell grease that lubricates between the window and the rubber seals. Super easy to use and it cuts down on friction which ultimately slows down the window.
