I looked in the glove box on my 98 blazer it has no g80 code or nothing like that so what does that mean i have open diffs front and back or is there another code i can look for

The G80 always applied to the GovLoc LSD in rear diff since the 70's. Recently they started offering a G81 (a Eaton HD LSD, not a GovLoc in rear axle) a few years ago on 2500 and 3500 trucks so since about 2005 or so you could find nothing, a G80 or G81 on their option list.
