| well the reason why the price was high was be cause you have to drop the tank thats the 1/2 the hard part the other 1/2 is lining it back up and putting it back in to its place but once you get it down there are plascle fittings that you have to becarful not to brake of you have to buy the whole fuel pump assembly instead of just the fuel pump as I recall the way to no break them is drop the tank too much just enough to get the fuel line apart in order to get them apart is to use either and air conditioning tool or it is kind of the same thing I know lisle makes a set of fule line separation tools from what im told the air conditioning tools and the fuel line separation tools a re the sam there cone shaped it clips on to the fuel line and you push it into the gap were the one fuel line goes over the othe line I cant remmeber if it is the one going to the engine or the one comming from the tank. once to push the right size cone into the gap kinda tug a bit on the one going to the engine and they should separate. |
