At least a 5.13. Even then with 38's it will only turning about 2100 RPM in OD which is pretty tall for that lift and tire size drag. A 5.38 would better (which is the deepest you can go in a 14 bolt anyway ) and do not let the deeper gear ratio is weaker gear set tale bother you. They will be plenty strong and axle shafts will fail before gears do.
