so when you turn the key, does the motor turn over? Have you checked to see if you're getting spark to the spark plugs? Does it have gas in it?

Ha, Yes we got gas in it check all the spark plugs and there cleaned and marked at 60.00 or something like that and yes the motor turn over just wont start and idle. We all think its the fuel pump, because our guy say that you should hear a buzzing sound in the back by the gay tank but we hear nothing and when u turn it off u should hear this sound, but nothing at all

Check fuel pump fuse, relay and then pump itself may be bad. As a foot note, if you run it low on fuel a lot you can shorten the pumps life as fuel cools and lubes pump and motor. Generally it is best to keep it at 1/4 tank or above for max pump life.
