Water is completely normal as H2O is a natural byproduct of combustion. I'm not a physicist, but I do know this to be true.

Since you're not running an entire exhaust system, you'll notice more water coming out of the collectors, because the water hasn't had time to boil/evaproate through the entire exhaust system (catalytic convertor, muffler, hot exhaust pipe, etc.).

Watch the tail pipes on cars on the road... you'll notice that the vast majority of them have water dripping out of the tail pipes. You probably won't notice it on a really cold day when the humidity is really low, but on any other day you'll notice it quite a bit.

Unless it's a steady stream of water, this is normal.

Also, this may be a condition of a slightly rich running motor.

Thanks man, just needed a second opinion. It was a bit more than I was used to. I will try adjusting my carb a bit. I am just a bit tense about this motor, I DONT want to ruin another one because of something stupid, lol.

Yeah, no worries. I got that way with my last engine build, as it had been a loooooong time since I built a motor from an empty block. Every tick, whine and abnormal sound got me wondering. ;)
