How do I adjust my torsion bars to make the truck sit higher? do I tighten the bolt under the adjusting arm?

well, you set your parking brake, put wooden blocks or something behind the rear wheels, measure your distance from fender to rim edge, take a jack and lift the front of your truck up (to relieve some stress off the torsion bars, dont try it without jacking up the front end, you dont want to strip a torsion key bolt.) then, you look for your torsion keys, look under your truck, there located at the end of each the torsion bar, near the door. then, crank them up . make sure each side is the same distance from rim edge to fender (you may have to crank one torsion bar a little more than the other) i wouldnt do it more than 3 or 4 turns. your ride will seriosly suffer if you do it too much, and some parts will wear out quicker, and an alignment is recommended after.this should get you about 1/2 inch to an inch of lift. but just know that it can screw with your ride
