check this out, i toook my y pipe of to try and find the rattle. it turns out that. the flange gaskets.. (ceramic donuts) have a metal ring that helps align them when putting the y pipe back up to the exhasut manifold. well i got one of mine turned upside down. the heat and force seemed to have pushed it out of the gasket and into my y pipe. i eventually got it out with some needle nose plyers. but for all you that don't know like i didn't make sure that you put the metal ring facing up towards the exhaust manifold......happy wheeling.....jared------------
