| i have a 96 chevy blazer push button 4x4
the transfer case is engaging but the front axle is not
i checked the diaphram under the battery tray and it is trying to pull the cable but not really sure what else it could be |

| Usually with knob on the dash type (electric) 4wd systems there is an actuator located on or near the front pumpkin which is what engages the 4x4 when switched, these are famous for going bad. Sometimes you can just tap on this and it will kick in kinda like when you have a bad starter and tapping on it will get it to catch. Let me know and I will try to help more. Nick |
