| Have 89 full size jimmy. When cornering it feels spongy,like Ihave a soft tire. The ball joints have been changed and the front end checks out o.k..Is thi normal for the short wheelbase? |

sounds like a sway bar problem somebody before you remove front and or rear swaybar or just weak factory swaybar hellig makes heavy duty upgrades that will definitely fix your problem ------------

What would a short wheelbase have to do with spongy handling?
