Do it up man, there is nothing wrong with throwing a good ol Cherry Bomb on a V6. So long as you dont have a Catilytic converter it will sound good. If you still have your cat, it might not really do anything. Also remember that it takes a bit of miles and time to get a Cherry Bomb to fully break in. There are other ways of "breaking it in" but I wont tell you how short of hitting it against a pole...lol.

LOL! Hitting against a pole is one way... another is to get it good and hot and dunk it in cold water. ;)

In all seriousness though, I have heard a 4.3L Vortec with glasspack mufflers on it. It sounded a lot like a school bus, and not a hotrod. For what that's worth.

You do know that that is a crime, right? It also increases emissions - not good.

Look, I'm not a tree hugger by any stretch of the imagination, but doing something to blatently increase pollutants isn't good.

At least that's my opinion.

just remove the old muffler and put the glasspack in its place. you might need to get a small extension pipe blc. the glasspack might be shorter.
