| I am eliminating the stock column mounted ignition switch and am using a standard dash mounted key switch on my 1980 CJ5. I am trying to find out information about the small gauge black wire. I need to know the purpose of the wire and to what terminal it needs to be attached to on the new switch (if at all). Any information you can give me would be appreciated.
