I have a 1999 Wrangler with factory AC. The other day the heat stopped working (yes, the AC is OFF). I looked in my chilton's and it drefers to manual cables for a flapper on the air box controlled by a cable. A drawing shows a vaccum control. Is there a vacuum control on 1. the airbox or 2. a vaccum controlled wtaer valve to the heater core?
Any help before I start to pull the dash apart would be great.
