I am in the process of doing a 3'' lift to my XJ but I'm stuck. I had to cut the bolts for the front of the rear leaf. the one that goes into the frame. I was able to get the bold out of the frame but not the bushing, it was rusted into the sleeve. Anyway, I ordered a polyurethane bushing kit though I'm not going to use the urethane since the rubber bushings were already pushed in. My problem is that I can't figure out what size bolt to use. the 14mm bolts that came with the bushing kit don't fit the hole. They're to big and I can find a tap and die set anywhere with a 14mm tap.

Can you take the remains of the bolt to a local hardware store and match the thread and length?
