| Bought a pair of 2001 Chevy Cavalier seats from an auto recycler for $100. Cloth, comfy and grey to match my YJ's interior.
Remove four seat corner bolts. (Not the seat floor brackets)
Remove the stock seat and bolt the Cav. seats in the same holes with the same bolts. 30 Minutes,

You can do things the right way or the wrong way.
Or you can do it MY way...which is like the wrong way, only much faster.

Sweet -- I'll bet they're a darn site more comfortable than the stock Jeep seats.
Which makes me wonder... why, for the love of god, hasn't Jeep figured out that their seats are nothing shy of a torture device that could have been used in the Spanish Inquisition???
I'm running some Nissan seats in my Cruiser (8-way adjustable). Got them at a junk yard for $200 several years back. Love Them!!! |
