Amen sister! If you've got a strong chassis and running gear, it's worth putting a bit more effort into it to build the truck you want.

Hi Brandy - does the frequency of the pulsing change with the speed of the truck? To put it another way, if you're going really fast and hit the brakes, does it vibrate quickly versus if you're driving slower it pulses more slowly?

Or... is it a REALLLLLY fast pulse, almost like a buzzing, regardless of how fast you are driving?

Hi Brandy - it really sounds like you have a warped front rotor. Drums don't warp (it's incredibly rare), but disk rotors will. Mud or water can certainly cause this to happen, especially if the rotors were hot, and then you dropped down into some water.

Hey... send us a picture of your rig!

what do you mean "send" it? Did you try and email it, or did you try and post it to the forums here?

Right below my text here is a link that says "Reply to Topic". If you click that, it will take you to a page where there is a link that says "Insert Your Picture In This Thread" (it's surrounded by two yellow baloons that say "new").

Click that link, and the online wizard/instructions will walk you through posting pictures.

Hope that helps. If not, email it to me at: rick@4x4review.com and I'll post it for you.

Oh and one other thing to check before you take the rotor off, see if one or both of the front hubs are loose!! I had that problem with my 92, when I replace the rotors. I must not have tightened them down all the way, and they did the EXACT same thing, even the speed it happens is identical.
