I put a 4" lift in my 85 Ramcharger and I`m experiencing a low speed vibration. I believe it is caused by the angle of the rear driveshaft at the transfer case. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I have an 89 charger that is up 3 inches. What you need to do is make you cannot buy them, a lowering kit for your transfer case. The stock driveshafts will not allow for even the slightest cahnge in angle without modification. Hope this helped. Cost me about 250 to have one welded together.

i have a 78 dodge power wagon w\6 in. lift. Check the weight on the drive shaft and make sure it is balanced. to get the right angle on my front and rear, i droped my tranny and transfer case with 1 inch alternator spacers, where the upper bolt goes to the block, you need about 12 of these to drop it all the way around, and new 8 grade bolts. this has my drive angles perfect and i have never had a problem..... ------------ Cody Tusberg at 2/5/2000 10:51:46 PM
