I own a '99 diesel 2500 quad cab and want a slight lift. Currently have 16X8's with .285's, with new tire time fast approaching I would like to add just a slight enuff lift to allow 35's, a stout look (no monster truck look). All that anyone in Fresno is proposing are spring "cups", block/cup devices that fit on top of the front springs that add height but I do not like the looks of them at all. Also opposed to body lifts, I would rather install a conventional lift kit if possible. Any better ideas- lift kits, different spring, whatever- to accomplish my goal of more height (1-3") without sacrificing outstanding ride? Would appreciate reference to manufacturers who have a product that will work. Wade Haines wade@hainesinc.com

Rancho makes a lift for the front of your Ram that will lift it 2-inches which will make plenty of room for the 35's. It's a spavcer that sits over the top of the spring. Installation is kind of difficult without a spring compressor and a lift to get the truck off the ground. Best to have it installed.

I would suggest you look into a Dick Cepek Series II lift for your Dodge.
