Hmmm... I would check a truck with a 360 in it out in person. The other way to do it is to throw the motor without heads on a cherry picker. Then attatch the motor mounts that come out of the truck with it. Then lower it down into the engine bay, and start fabbing up metal brackets to mount it up. Be sure to keep the radiator and fan and transmission in mind when doing so. It may be easier to remove the inner fenders and even the whole front clip first. It will make your job easier. Also, keep the motor as far back as you can without sacrificing firewall clearance. Dont forget your suspension up front. It will need to be heavier duty to deal with the added weight. Also, the frame may need bracing. You can cut and weld up your orignial oil pan to fit it in. But keep is as stock as possible so as to not starve the motor of proper oil circulation.

Ensure that you have good propwash around the engine too, otherwise you'll be sure to have some significant overheating problems.

Good point. You may even want to do some louvers in the inner fenders or even hood...
