I have a 2004 ford ranger FX4 and I'm looking into lifting it. I cannot find any lift kits, or anything else for that matter, for 04' rangers. Do I just have to wait longer or what? '03's look about the same but I'm an idiot and I can't find ANYTHING, Any suggestions?

I have 00" 4x4 offroad and the only lifts ive managed to find is an RCD 5" and a rough country 4" the rcd is a little over 2 grand and the rough country is around $1500. Both lift kits are good for 98"-04" 4x4 RANGERS.

tells ya maybe you need to get something besides a fricken ford ranger they werent exactly made as offroad vehicles and noone ever had oh big truck there in mind.get a real truck!or if your really that serious about your "mini truck" just fab a fricken lift they arent really hard measure springs buy some from an f250 get new u bolts and maybe small blocks then get a new shock mount for an f150 and weld it up and attach some long arm shocks and springs.everything else you can find. seriously.

lol i didnt mean to be so hostile, i know the hardships of a ranger i leased a 03 4x4 ranger 3 years ago and went threw the same stuff and spent about 3 weeks looking for lifts and then another 6 months after that sourcing parts and fabbing a kit cost me 1800 dollars and alot of shop time to get 6" out of parts had alot of flex but after that the price of getting aftermarket parts was frustrating and then after i had a damn 5 mile an hour roll over i came to the conclusion a ranger doesnt constitute as a real truck!
