| I've got a 97 ford explorer 4x4 i have been looking around for some type of lift for it but i cant find anything. Someone told me i could put a 3 inch ranger body lift on it. Will this work? thanks -Greg |

| For right now 3 inches is all im lookin and as for offroadin its usually just in mud. |

| Alright that sounds good. Do you think ill be able to get any tires bigger than 31's on there?

Those TTB's do not lift well and can be very hard on tires, the bigger they are, the worse it gets. Stay conservative and tire size to limit problems because you will have them. |

| I was also thinking about puttin 2 inch coil spacers in the front and shackles in the back again using ranger parts. would this also work?

No it will not because it will through front axle camber way off and lead to funny handling and tire wear with tires running tucked in.. That axle is hinged in the middle and it must be "raised" as a unit, not with just coil spacers. |
