You're in luck then... there are a few companies that make bumpers for your rig that will fill your needs nicely.
I'd look to Fab Fours (www.fabfours.com) and ARB Bullbars (http://www.arbusa.com/bull_bars_bumpers_tire_carriers.php). Both of them carry high-quality bumpers with winch mounts.
