Recently I installed a K&N cone style filter on my 97 Pathfinder. There is a small vaccum/air hose that goes to the stock air box. Does this need to be connected to anything? Can I just block it? Do I need to install some kind of filter at the end of it if I can't block it? Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance, Tye

Hi Tye,

This hose is used to sense vacuum / air temp on the clean side of the filter. Try and plumb it into the air hose behind the K&N filter ------------ Tye at 4/3/2002 4:21:58 AM
