| Hey guys I was wondering if you could give me any info on the 2002 isuzu trooper. you know like what kind of 4wd system do they have are they anygood offroading you know stuff like that. any info you give me would really help out. also could you give me some info on the 2001 mitsubishi montero limited |

A little late, but hope it helps.
I have a 2000 Trooper and love it.
It has the TOD 4WD system, which is one of the best systems available in 2000, and on a base model. I'd of had to pay $35K or so for a LTD level 4Runner to get something comparable. And it would have had a smaller engine and wimpy low range to boot.
Isuzu did have some issues with oil consumption and heads on the 3.5L engine, but it's a very high tech engine. One thing is MPG, it's not great, but I knew that going in. |

| thanks for the info can you tell me alittle about the tod system, you know how it works and stuff, I am really leaning toward getting a trooper I've been looking at the 2002 models with the limited slip diff. and the tod. I really don't know much about the tod system thought. |
