OK Folks - We are planning a family vacation next year and I am looking for some suggestions...
I have a wife and 2 boys and we are looking for a place to spend 4 or 5 days riding. We are willing to travel up to 2 days from Indy so we are pretty much open to anything except southern CA and AZ.
I would like something that offers fantastic scenery, a lot of available trails and camping (primitive or otherwise).
Needless to say - It needs to be open to ATV's
Suggestions?

Batch,
If it were me, I would forgo the quad vacation in the spring. My suggestion, sell your wifes current vehicle, buy a new 4 door Jeep JK Rubicon, and head for Moab for Easter Jeep Safari. I've heard Moab is beautiful in the Spring, and I'm sure you could find someone to show you around on the trails........

I would like to talk to the boss about that one but I dont know if EJS is the best week for an ATV vacation in Moab.

Why don't you bring the family up to Northern Michigan and enjoy the trails, the many lakes, beaches, and northern hospitality.
I will have the boat in the water this year, so you can go boating on the Great Lakes, see Mackinaw Island, and have fun exploring with your family.
But first, talk it over with your better half! |
