Sorry guys - something goofy going on with the boards when it comes to picture links. We're testing a whole new boards system, and I hope to have that out (in addition to some other really cool changes) very soon.
P.S. - cool Jeeps!!! It's like a Jeep pick-n-pull haven! ;)

Thanks Rick for getting the pictures to come up, I try not to post the larger pictures I have and try to stick with the smaller ones so I can fit more on a post/thread.
If I can't reduce a picture then I just post it as the size that it is.
It's fun to share the project pictures as well as off roading pictures. |

I really love the last picture - it's really great to see the earliest model Jeep sitting next to a late model JK. VERY COOL!
Keep them coming, I love reading these things.

The earliest model M151 off the production line yes, she is #6 from the (Run #1) M151 series by Ford the Run #1 series was the original prototype uni-body that would be changed in 1961, the other Picture showing the 1942 Ford GPW on my trailer with the 2006 Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited is also a great picture no doubt.
The RUN #1 M151 is very rare and only a handful of people own one, i lucked out and found the Jeep and only paid $100.00 for it, as rough as it is even before the restoration it is worth in access of $5,000 as it sits in the picture.
Thak for the great reply it is so fun to share these pictures and stories with my kids who are just let's say int the whole scene of finding, buying and restoring as well as Racing them with me.

We got hacked a few months ago (JERKS!), and a handful of posts got truncated. Unfortunatley this was one of them and I couldn't fix this posting. :(
We're all patched up and secure now, though. :)
Sorry. |
