I have a 93 Wrangler S model. When I went to go to leave for school this morning I pulled the release for the parking break and the little foot pedal realeased and i started to back up but the parking break was still engaged. I have no clue why this is and I really need to go to class. It was a little cold evernight here maybe that was the problem. Could it be frozen? Please help me thanks Matt

Sounds like it is frozen. If you have been in any moisture and apply the brake in cold weather for a extended time they will freeze. Some times if you can get it to move over just rock back and forth they will break loose. ------------
