| I have a 93 Wrangler S model. When I went to go to leave for school
this morning I pulled the release for the parking break and the little
foot pedal realeased and i started to back up but the parking break was
still engaged. I have no clue why this is and I really need to go to
class. It was a little cold evernight here maybe that was the problem.
Could it be frozen? Please help me thanks Matt |

| Sounds like it is frozen. If you have been in any moisture and apply the brake in cold weather for a extended time they will freeze. Some times if you can get it to move over just rock back and forth they will break loose.
