I own a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited V8 I can start it in the mornings and run it as long as I don't turn it off. But after i turn it off, it won't start. I changed the fuel pump and filter and it still does it. Any help would be appreciated

Is the engine turning over when you shut it down after the engine is hot, or is the starter not doing anything? If the starter isn't turning, I would suspect that it's shot. If the starter is turning and the engine won't fire, I would suspect that the fuel is percolating, but that's pretty rare on a 1997. Have you pulled the codes off of the computer? Rick
