Looks like solid progress! It's in the mid 70's here, and I'm in a t-shirt today (LOVE IT!)

Chevy man I was stained up in Brooks Range back in the late 1970's so I know your not kidding when you say your freezing you butt off. Man Between growing up and Boston serving in Alaska and Korea, no wonder I retired to Texas...LOL

I hate cold too buddy...LOL

Thanks everyone who has checked out our rig too, it's fun to share a insane 4x4 dream and to do the work with my two youngest kids makes it even better.

Our biggest problem was aving to buy larger wheels and tires, but we got the wheels beat as we just bought two sets of SPIDERTRAX wheel adapter kits, this will aloow us to use the 10 inch wide wheels we currently have on our 1946 CJ2A Rock Crawler.

The adapter will allow these rims to fit the Dana 30 and 35 axels we have that are 5 on 4/1/2 to 5 on 5 1/2. $200.00 a set but still cheaper then buyng 4 new wheels.

Now we an save up to buy 4 Maxxis Mudder tires to go on whe rims.

Let me know how those Maxxis tires work out. I've never run them, but have always wondered how they performed.
